T'Bolton was a Jedi Knight during the Old Republic and served in the Clone Wars. Towards the end of the war, T'Bolton was assigned to the planet of Saleucami to help put a stop to the Separatist efforts of creating their own clone army. Of the many sinister Separatist machinations, the cloning program aimed to create an army of Morgukai clones and have them trained by some of the galaxy's deadliest assassins, the Anzati. To lead the program, Count Dooku put Dark Jedi Sora Bulq in charge. With his right hand man, Tol Skorr, the sole remaining Morgukai warrior, Bok, and some of the Anzati's fiercest assassins, the Morgukai clone army grew within the lava filled catacombs of Saleucami.

To meet this threat, the Jedi spared no expense. An entire legion of Jedi was sent to put a decisive end to this threat. Should the Separatist plan succeed, the tide of war could have turned the advantage to the Separatists. The Jedi forces T'Bolton was a member of included: Jedi Master Oppo Rancisis, Quinlan Vos, K'Kruhk, Ausar Auset, Jeisel, A'Sharad Hett, Aayla Secura, Xiaan Amersu, Xeltek, and Durnar.

But as the Jedi claimed the lives of many Morgukai clones, they were not without their own losses as well. The casualties included Durnar, Xeltek, Ausar Auset, and even Jedi Master Oppo Rancisis. Unfortunately, T'Bolton would be among the Jedi the seige of Saleucami would claim. Before the Jedi's final advance to break the Separatist defenses, the survivors held a ceremony to honor those who had fallen. During the ceremony, Jedi Knight T'Bolton was honored by the Whipid Jedi K'Kruhk.
