Crado - Page 2

Exar Kun traveled to Ossus and gathered an audience of young Jedi Knights, which included Crado, Oss Wilum, Zona Luka, Cay Qel-Droma, and more. Kun, knowing that many Jedi looked up to him, especially Crado, made them believe that he had come to teach them ancient Jedi secrets, long forgotten that many Jedi Masters felt they were too young to be exposed to. Being young and naive, the Jedi were willing to follow Exar Kun to learn of these Jedi powers, so Kun, Crado, and the rest of the Jedi left for Yavin IV.

Once on Yavin IV, the Jedi, especially Crado, were eager to see what Jedi secrets Exar Kun had to show them. On the way to the temples of Yavin IV, the Jedi were attacked by primitive Massassi warriors, and Crado, offering a battle cry for the Light assisted his fellow Jedi in extinguishing the threat. Crado and the other Jedi had good intentions, keeping to the Light Side of the Force, but were too young to see through Exar Kun's deception. Crado had always admired Kun, and looked to him as a role model, and was particularly vulnerable to his subterfuge. However, Crado had no malicious purposes; he only wanted to become the best Jedi he could be to rid the galaxy of its evil. On Yavin IV, Exar Kun used a Sith holocron he had stolen from Jedi Master Odan-Urr, to place the Jedi under a Sith spell, that placed them at his command.

Giving the order the strike down their Jedi Masters, Exar Kun sent Crado to Ambria with Oss Wilum to attack Jedi Master Thon. On Ambria, Oss Wilum and Crado summoned the Dark Side beasts of Lake Natth and sent them to attack Master Thon, Jedi Knight Nomi Sunrider and her daughter, and Crado's own lover, Sylvar. However, Master Thon and the Jedi were able to push back the monsters and snap Oss Wilum out of the Sith spell. Sylvar however, dealt with Crado on her own. furious that Crado was alongside Exar Kun as he killed Master Vodo-Siosk Baas, Sylvar attacked Crado, giving him a similar scar she gave Exar Kun on the side of his face. Retreating from Ambria, Crado returned to meet back with Exar Kun.

Crado met up with Exar Kun aboard ancient Dark Lord of the Sith, Naga Sadow's ship. Aboard the ship, Exar Kun instructed Crado and Krath leader, Aleema, how to use its immense power. Taking the ship to the Cron Cluster, a group of many unstable stars, Aleema hoped to lure some of the Jedi Knights into a trap. When the Jedi arrived, Aleema used the ship's Sith power to explode one of the stars to incinerate the Jedi. However, the ship's power was too much for Aleema to handle and all the stars of the Cron Cluster began to implode, giving Aleema and Crado no chance to escape. The last thing that ran through Crado's mind before the exploding stars allowed Crado to become one with the Force was asking how Exar Kun could have done such a thing to him. Crado was not evil at heart.
