Sylvar - Page 4

Learning that Kun had retreated to Yavin IV in an attempt to free his spirit from his mortal body, Sylvar and thousands of Jedi voyaged there and encircled the planet, remaining in orbit in space. In orbit, the Jedi went into deep meditation, focusing all their power on the Light Side of the Force. The combined might of Sylvar and the Jedi was finally enough to put an end to the wrath of Kun, trapping his spirit inside the ancient Massassi temples he had used to harness his Sith magic.

The Sith War finally finished, the Krath, the Mandalorians, and Exar Kun finally defeated, the Jedi went their separate ways, to rebuild the galaxy and heal from the destruction of the war. In the years that followed, Sylvar took much time to herself, returning to her homeworld of Cathar for some solitude. However, the effects of the Sith War remained with Sylvar and over the years she became bitter and angry that Ulic Qel-Droma still roamed the galaxy without ever receiving punishment for his crimes during the war.

Ten years after the conclusion of the Sith War, Nomi Sunrider had become a proponent leader of the Jedi and felt it was now time for another convocation of Jedi to discuss the future of the Republic. Sylvar attended the convocation, which took place at Exis Station, an ion mining and solar flare skimming station in the Teedio system. At the convocation, Sylvar was reunited with Jedi she had fought alongside with during the war, Jedi Knights such as Thon, Tott Doneeta, Nomi Sunrider, and Nomi's daughter Vima, who had become quite a young lady over the years.

During the convocation, Sylvar spoke out against the inaction that had been taken against Ulic Qel-Droma, branding him the Jedi's greatest shame, and advocated that he be found so he could be brought to justice. Later talking with Jedi Knight Tott Doneeta, Tott sensed the anger within Sylvar, and she admitted to him that it burned inside her. Convincing Sylvar that she needed to do something positive with that energy, Tott talked Sylvar in to accompanying him to his homeworld of Ryloth to help the inhabitants there. Upon arriving on Ryloth, Sylvar and Tott learned from Tott's clan leader that another clan had been attacking and murdering members of their clan. Tott understood that, as a Jedi, he must speak with both clan leaders to discuss the problems the clans had with each other. Tott left Sylvar with the leaders of his clan as he left to speak with leaders of the belligerent tribe.
